What a nice and surprisingly easy win last night! 🙂 Another clean sheet, timely goals in each half, a missed pen which would secure us those 3 points but an overall 10/10 outing from the lads.
Looked to me like the pieces are falling together for this group, winter signings looking comfortable playing with the lads already in the squad and I believe that we can make a serious playoff push in the next 3-4 games and build on this big win.
We really needed a win over a serious team like Sutton and doing it in such a dominant way shows that these players can be enough for promotion through the play off if they keep playing as they did in this match.
